Respected Sir,

I have been a resident of M.P. since birth. Though my details and photo were taken twice in the last two years i have never received my voter id card as of yet. Last time though i was not allowed 2 vote beacuse my name omitted from electoral roll. I still haven't received my voters id card inspite of all valid proof.

I will be grateful to you if u could please look into the matter.
