No power supply

There is no power supply in home for more than 3 days... already complaint register more than 3 times through phone 9445850188..and 2 times direct visit... madipakkam area worst service low power ..power cut problem..street light problem... i dnt know this complaint goes to wich department so pls take action against in madipakkam eb..they hav to work for public...
