Illegal use of electricity

Hello Sir,

I am a resident of Mahakali Kutir Chawl, Opp Takshila Bldg Gate No.1, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra. There is a illegal usage of electricity by one of our society tenant. The SUPPLY TYPE he is using is Single phase, but he is using the same connection for commercial use (welding). There is a huge load on the single phase meter that every body is using in the society. Each room is incurring a flickering kind of feeling.

I will appreciate if the matter is quick looked into. As the electric meter of the society is very old, and due to heavy load the meter board may catch fire.
