Power failure

I am writing for elettil vattoly, calicut, 673572, (chettakadave tranformer), the power supply goes off here now and then, and there is no one in elletil vattoly to look after the problems after seven pm, and usually by six pm the voltage goes down and it come backs to normal by next morning 9 am, please find a solution for this, and i would be thankfull, please dont take this a complaint, take it as a request, thanking you people of ellettil vattoly
