NO action taken by higher authority

Dear/ ma'am

I have already registered a complaint regarding the less supply of electricity in our village but no action has been taken regarding my problem. But the problem increasing day by day as the warm days are coming. If the electricity come the voltage is so low that it is of no use neither the fan nor the CFL is lighten.

So what is use of electricity students have to face many problem they cant studied properly. It is my humble request to u plz take some action regarding the problem. And tell me one that village people are not human beings or u r not thinking them as a human being. Why their a difference in giving facilities to a city members and in facilities of village human.

I want some feedback as soon as possible otherwise i will not silent.
