Non payment of PF Contribution

I am Mr. Vasanth nayak complaint letter dt 12/07 with your PF Office at Kandivali (W) Charkop. for the non payment of PF Contribution in my Account No.by M/s Mahalasa Enterprises. Firm had coverage from Jan Account No. MH/94727, the employer neither issued me Account No. nor issusing me Silps of the year. I submitted my letter with Your PF Dept, till date i have not received any reply from your PF Dept please look in to the matter and send me reply as early as possible.
