Electrical pole - spark

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Mohan senior citizen resident of House No 2702, IInd Floor, gali No 13, Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi, opposite to pillar no 207. I wish to inform you that there is an electrical pole behind to our gallery where we using stand, dry our clothes there. Pole sometime spark or either gives some noise which would feel dangerous.

I request you to send some person to check the load or decrease the load from the pole to safeguard us.
