We had booked material for Tada (Andhra Pradesh) Nearest Point Nellore / Sullurpet A/c Regent powertech through Koparkhairne agent on 29.07.2008 vide Docket No. D00402898.
The material has still not reached the destination and we have been getting all wrong information through their agents that it has reached Hyderabad or it is close to Nellor. Our customer is desperately trying with Sullurpet / Nellore and Hyderbad but there is no trace of the consignment.
The response has been absolutely indifferent and all the time misleading and we are not getting clear picture as to where the material is and when will it reach. We have certainly lost the goodwill of the customer and the future business with it.
We request help through your good offices for tracing the consignment and when will it reach the destination.
