I bought an eletrolux refridgerator on 24th december. After using it for few months, the door stardted giving problems when it was still within warrenty. I lodged a complain to the electrolux service station and was assured that it will be done in few days. It's been almost 8 months now and nothing has been done, the fridge in no more under warrenty period, though the complaint was lodged well within the warrenty period. I am a retired person and cant afford to take too much trouble, but am in a helpless situation. This type of filthy customer service is absolutely unprofessional.
