Electrolux/ Neo Micro Systems
Not providing customer service though a valid contract is there

We purchases a Electrolux AC and we are having a contract with Neo Micro Systems from 27/08/08 to 26/08/09. But now ther are not providing any service. We are contracting them from last 15 days as we are having problem with their product. Neither Electrolux company nor the Neo Micro System, contract service provider is coming for service.
