Hello, To whom so ever it may concern,
I have a Electrolux Refridgerator, bought on 14th May 440 ltrs. It is not working even after repeated repairs. First when is got spolit on the 15th July it was assessed by a technician and the problem was temporaraly taken care of, but then is collapsed completely again on the 15th Jan and the similar action was repeated by the company. It has collapsed again and is not working for almost a month today 9th July and I have been trying to contact the service provider to get some help but in vain. There is no response from their end and such bad service, that I am required to write this objection.
I want them to respond to my complaint and the machine fixed properly so that there is no future problems. These are expensive products and I expect better customer service when I pay a price for the brand. I hope my concern will be addressed to the company in the right way and at the earliest.
(The refridgerator is within Warranty)
