Electrolux Refrigerator-DFF 44
Not cooling properly

Dear Sir,

I purchased Electrolux refrigerator model no. DFF-44 in May. It was working fine till 10 days back when suddenly it stopped cooling. After lodging complaint with the Customer Care twice, the complaint was attended and we were told that the Heater Fan has to replaced. However more than 10 days have passed but no one in the company is bothered to rectify the problem immediately.we request the management of electrolux to kindly take note of this problem and solve
