Crack is found inside the fridge

I have purchase the electrolux refrigerator of

Model: ER180L

Capacity:172L

PNC No.925040139

S.No.74409230 on 17th Jan'08, from LOTUS Sapna-sangita Road Indore (mp). I found a crack on the body inside the fridge. I have complain it to LOTUS and they are unable to provide the proper service.

Kindly make the needful action as soon as possible.
