Egarding replacement of lid of splinning chambe

Dear Sir,

The lid of spinning chamber of my Electrolux-WM-EWS70TCGO washing machine has broken. It is in warranty period.your service center is asking for replacement charges (although in warranty card it is clearly mentioned that replacement of broken/damaged part will be made free of charge. There is no fault or mishandling on my part regarding operation of the washing machine. I have requested several times to dealer & your service center but all in vain.

please help me in getting the replacement. confirm your action plan urgently
