Spinner not working

I had purchased an Electrolux Semi-Automatic Washing in June from M/s Standard Electricals, Chennai.

Though the spinner is rotating it is not squeezing the water out of the clothes.

My complaint through your Customer Service Cell over telephone last time was attended to after 1 week and that too after following up with the Senior Officials for 3-4 days.

I hope my complaint would be attended to within a reasonable time since it is within the warranty period.
