I had sent 5000.00 Rs through money order (Mo no. 1696 ordinary mo (Counter 1) from post office Galleria (122009). 0n 16th sept. This was addressed to Srijani Mukherjee, 58/32 Prince Anwar Shah Road. Flat 2B.at Kolkata -(55). However due to mistake in PIN code and some communication gap money did not reach her. and was not accepted. This money has not come back to me even though my full address is mentioned. Your staff at galleria post office says I have to locate the post man at my locality (122001).i am a office worker am unable to track your postman neither I have not got any intimation from either of the post office.
