Leakage Problem
Builder is: Elite Builders, Elite House, SB Road, Opp. Symbiosys, Pune
I booked a Flat In July and I shifted in Sep 2004. Since Sept there is a Leakage Problem (Guest room, and Hall) from Celling due to bad water proofing. Still i am facing the same problem & builder has not resolved the problem yet. Due to this Leakage my Furniture is also spoiled very badly. Room is totally unused in monsoon. Every time there is no action on complaints registered.
This Elite Empire at Balewadi, Pune, with 11 buildings & 28 to 32 Flats in Each building. The builder is not interested in solving this problem even after repeated requests and complaints.
