Got a phone call reg. credit card but no body has truned up

I received a phone call for Mr Manvir 15 days back about credit card and I was informed that I got selected in a lucky dip, along with credit card, Rs. 5, 200/- worth gift voucher will be given. He also informed local person will come contact me reg this issue
