Email got blocked not opening up

My email has got blocked since yesterday, its not opening up.whenever I try to open the same a message is displayed "invalid email id or password", although I m feeding the correct email id i.e [email protected] and the valid password but its not working.

Does that mean my email id has been Hacked plz let me know at the earliest on my alternate id-- [email protected]
