They are not attending repair work under warranty period

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I purchased an emergency light of Bajaj Make. The emergecy light bears 6 months warranty period. I find the light getting dischrged

within one hour whereas light discharging time in the manual is given 3 to 4 hours.

Accordingly, I approached the approved dealer of bajaj company C.J. Agency at Kakadeo, Kanpur to get that emergency light repaired but the CJ agency is not doing / the repair work for a long time. CJ Agency of Bajaj company is not attending the complaint or responding. It is a complete harassment of a customer. Kindly instruct the company to deal with the customer grievance promptly. The Bajaj Comapny may kindly grant me conveyance charge Rs. 400/- towards my Seven visits to the company's service center at Kakadeo, Kanpur and they are not still attending my complaint.
