No taken good care of our requirements

I had been going to Australia for vacation with my husband on 19th feb thursday where our kids are studying by Emirates airlines EK 503 via Dubai. I had confirmed my ticket with extra 5 kg of laguage, my muslim meal, my seats (seats with the leg space) 37A and B till dubaiabd from there ie dubai to melbourne 17k and my wheel chair for me and my husband. I had a copy of it together attached with my etickets. As we arrived to the mumbai cst airport, we were immediately given wheel chairs with which we proceeded to the check-in where our laguage was taken in and we had been given the boarding passes. When we had the copy of the seats reserved the lady in check-in had given us the different seats. We din't realise it at that moment as we told her that we had reserved the preferrable seats and assumed that she might have given the same. On arrival in the boeing we found that it was the different seats and not the one we had been booked with. On that I called my daughter on mobile and told her that the seat nos. what we are given are not the same what we booked. than she spoke to the airhostess who was near me and told her that my mom dad both had problems in their legs and so we had made a special request of wheel chair and leg space seats so kindly provide with the same. On her request she gave us the required seats. Once we landed to Dubai after 2 hrs we both were not given the wheel chairs. After that I had to request to one of the authorised member of the crew they just brought one wheel chair. I could walk a little so on much arguments i walked but than we landed up to 100 gate no and our connecting flight was on 148 gate and so than it was impossible for me to walk and so at certain point i stopped walking and asked him to get the wheel chair anyhow or else I will break down there. Then one of them got it at the end and I and my husband got the scooter travelling till the next flight. It was not yet over in the fligh from Dubai we were again given the same normal seats which were not as per our request. We any how settled on some others seat.but the young couple was non co-operative as the flight crew members was and so we had to give them up their seats. Finally on many arguments I was given the seat near the window at one corner and my husband was given a leg space seat. On arrival of us on the melbourne airport the story repeated itself.we were again not given the wheel chair and then after a long arguments with the authorities we were given the wheel chair. This was as horrifying as nothing else could have been ever since in my whole life.

Can I know what is the use of the airlines company giving all big talks and no results from their side. I have my return ticket with same airlines but now I dont think we would continue our journey with the same airlines. In the journey from dubai to melbourne of 14hrs I was at a one corner and my husband on the other. This thought makes me hate the airline like anything. Why dont they understand that it is not a joke. If they want to run airlines in this way I dont think this will take them to much higher peak.

like others i would not say that i dont know what step you will take against them but i would not travel next time by the same air but rather I would ask you to be a little strict to them and take action against such irresponsible behaviour of the airlines. I have the severe problem of arterites and husband i suffering from syringomydia.
