Employee's Provident Fund
AMOUNT NOT CREDITED IN TO PRESENT ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

My present EPF A/c No. is AP/HYD/35544/116. But previous EPF account balance not credited to present A/c although the same are released from previous accounts (EPF A/c No. WB/7225/X-2151 and EPS A/c No. DL/28357/639) long back (14/01 and 04/02 respectively). Please look in to the matter.
