MMS technical help

I have taken MMS connection but I am not able to have setting in my ASUS P320 handset for using this service. I tried several time to set by calling on 121 help line but the agents who are attending this call for setting the service of MMS are not giving proper instruction to install the setting. Since date of activation of MMS service I am unable to use the MMS facility. But airtel will charge the monthly ammount in my billing statement. It is not fare that after giving the connection of MMS the airtel is not providing this setting in my handset. Always one new agent lift the 121 call and instructing the way to install but they are unable to install the setting, pls help.
