PF withdrawal pending

Dear Sir,

I worked for AOK INHOUSE BPO SERVICES LTD., NEW DELHI, I submitted Provident Fund Withdrawal Form in the month of JAN My account No. is DL/17500/2691. I request you when I will get my funds and to whom I have to approach for my funds.

Also can u pls give me the mail id where i can put my pf account no. and get the status of provident fund till date.
