PF Claim denied by Ex employe

Hello

My name is Prashant Shetty, i worked for one BPO company for 14 months (Jan to Mar), i have not withdrawan my PF amount, i asked the ex employer manager for clearing my PF, however he denied as i have not served needed notice period,

can you help me getting my PF for 14 months? what can i do in this case
