Complaint against Employee Provident Fund Organization Banglore

Dear Sir,

My PF account number is KN/35224

PF refund form was submitted on 15th April through Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd in the Regional PF Office Bangalore. Till date the refund is not given. I have given innumerable mails to Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd. and they have told me after many mails that they have submitted the PF Pension form to RPFC Department, Banglore on 15.4.2009 and since then I am making calls to RPFC department but they seldom listen to me; I am also mailing to RPFC department, Banglore but they are not replying at all,

I am feeling quite helpless and can t really understand what to do.

Please help me out of this, I would be highly grateful to you
