Dear Sir,

Please note that I had submitted my application for Provident Fund withdrawal on 30 May at the Barkatpura EPF Office in Hyderabad.

The amount has not been credited to my bank account till now, even though it has been 5 months now.

Please let me know when the amount will be credited to my account.
