I am working in Kishco Ltd. at their Nasik plant since last 3 yrs. The company is having there head office at Kandivali Mumbai and the Employees Provident fund contribution is also deposited at the PF Kandivali Office as the P.F. code of our company is from Kandivali Office.
Working in this company since 3 yrs I have not received the Provident Fund Slip to verify and check my provident fund status. I have asked several times to the company personnel and accounts department they are saying that they are making followup with the Provident fund Office but there is no response thus i have myself tried to contact the Kandivali regional provident fund office but I to didnt get any feedback neither could know any status of my Provident fund status.
Not only me but all the employees of the company are struggling with the same issued and are worried whethere their P.F. is properly paid and deposited or not. P.F. office being the employees safeguard they themselves are guilty for the malfunctioning and not properly responding. Pls. suggest the action to be taken against the beauracrats and get our provident fund slip in time.
