Employee Provident Fund Office-Surat
PF amount not deposited

Dear Sir/Madam,

My PF refund application form was submitted on December 16 through Zyduscadila Healthcare Limited -Ankleshwar, Till date refund is not credited to my account. Pls let me know when it will be credited.

I have been trying to contact Surat PF office but number always come busy. I also tried to check on website there also claim status not coming.

I would request you kindly help in this regard
