PF have not received since 2 years

I have closed my PF account (MH/45665/37623) and given instructions to EPFO, bandra, Mumbai to deposit my PF amount in to bank account before I am coming to USA. I have not received my PF amount till today from 2 years now. I am not getting any kind of response from PF office and I request you to please bring it to justified conclusion.
