PF Amount is not transfered since 21 Oct

Sub: PF Transfer from KN/BN/34961/0736 to AP/23034/68131

Dear Sir

My name is Srinivas R having the PF number KN/BN/34961/0736, applied for PF transfer from my previous employer (Tally India Pvt Ltd) to Current Employer (Satyam Computer Services Ltd).

My Previous employer had forwarded a request for transfer on October, 21 2008 to Bommanahalli Sub-regional Office, but still I did not get transferred PF amount to my current PF account.

Could anybody help me in this.
