PF Settlement since 3 Years

Sir,

This is to bring to ur notice that i have given Resignation from M/s Khandelwhal Lab Ltd on28th July. I have given all the required documents to the company but i am sorry to say that 3 years has been passed and i have not received the PF, Gratuity, Bonus and the Balance Salary inspite of many reminders to the company.

Hence i request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest so the the People should have faith in the such reputed oraganistaion in which they are working and they have years in these organisation.
