The Claim form was sent to Employees Provident Fund Organization, South Region, N. Delhi on 10-09 and they got the same on 15-09. My EPF and Pension A/c No. DL/23719/76091.

According to the THE EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952, and the Website of Employees Provident Fund Organization (i.e. www.epfindia.com), the Organization must remit the claims within 30 days from the receipt of the claim forms.

Still I have not received my EPF and Pension Amount.

If I did not receive the claimed amount on or before 15th November. I am free to take any legal action/s against Employees Provident Fund Organization and it's employees. And I am not responsible for any kind of loss/losses, damage/damages by any means. And I hereby declare that, the Employees Provident Fund Organization is totally responsible for my all kind of loss/losses, damage/damages by all means.
