No information regarding the transfer of PF

I was working with samsung india electronics pvt.ltd B1, sector 81, phase 2, noida - 201305, in october i moved to a new organisation Hewlett Packard, 30C cunning ham road, Bangalore.

I have asked for the transfer of my PF to my new account and its been almost 2 years since i have not heard anything about the same.

My previous PF ac no. is DL/17492/2507

My Current PF ac no. is KN/BN/18846/20264093

I had requested the status of the same to the given mail ids [email protected],

[email protected] however i have not got back anything on this either.

Please let me know what i can do on this
