Non recipt of annual EPF accoun slips of our employees inc y 03

I am the Director of the company, Eclipse Systems Pvt Ltd, and this company is registered at establishment code no 15359 of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner II, Delhi South, presently operating from 28 Community Centre, 8th & 9th Floor, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi 110052. We had been regularly sending our EPF contributions and prescribed returns to the said office. We, however, did not receive the annual statement of EPF accounts of our employees since fy 03 although we had been requesting him regularly to ensure their being sent to us regularly every year. We were informed vide APFC, Mr Ravi, Office Of RO Delhi South, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 8th-9th Floor, 28 Community Centre, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi 110052, letter no Gr8/DL/15359/1650 dated 24.02.09 that he could not send the annual statement of EPF accounts of our employees since fy 04 as some error was noticed in our returns for fy 04 to 07. We pointed out vide our letters dated 12.3.09 and 5.4.09 to APFC, Mr Ravi, that the statements submitted by us for the said years fy 04 to 07 were similar to those submitted for earlier years, prior to 04, but no such objections were ever raised earlier or even after the above returns were submitted regularly every year personally in his office. However, to ensure early disposal of this case, our Accounts Manager, Sri Apurba Dutta, met Sri Ravi, APFC in the latter’s office on 06.04.09 and sought clarification on the deficienies really needed to be removed from our returns for the said years. Sri Ravi, APFC, then told him that small error noticed in our Annual EPF return for fy 04 only needed to be corrected. This was done and the thus corrected EPF return for fy 04 resent to him vide our letter dated 16.4.09. We have however not yet recieved the said EPF account slips of our emplyees inspite of our repeated grievance registrations on GoI site nor information requested under RTIA05. We request that we be advised of what further steps could be taken by us to have action on this matter expedited and to ensure that the annual statement of EPF accounts of our employees since fy 03 are now sent to us immediately to ensure their distribution amongst employees concerned.
