Dear Sir,
two times i have requested (submitted form with proof) to transfer my name from ward No. 119 Serial no. 238, address 801 sunlight colony to ward No. 122 address 161 first floor, sunlight colony, New Delhi-110014 where other my family is residing. i do not know why they have not transfered my name in ithe new list.
