Encyclopedia Britanica
The CDs do not run and free was not received

I ordered the Encyclopedia Britanica. On the offer was a Free Gift of Tupperware Product as well as a voucher of INR 5000.00.

When we received the package, it was without the free gift. We have still not tried the Voucher. The CDs do not run.

I avoid buying anythong online after a very experience. However, due to 'India Today' name, I was trapped.

May I get my money back.
