Non repalcement of damaged CD's

I received a VPP vide Living media invoice no ORB080053027 Dt 25 May. I found the CD's damaged when opened thee VPP. I called them and informed them that the CD's were damaged they asked me to send it back for replacement which i sent on june 13th. But I have not yet received the replacement. Despite of several letters and emails there is no response from their side. I feel cheated. Please Help.
