With Due Respect I Want To Say That I Am A Customer Of L.P.G Of Your B.P. I Have A Complaint With Your B.P. Dealer Named, Engeener Enterprises, Pankha Road, New Delhi- 110046. The Complaints Are Given Below :
1. They Do Not Attend Any Calls From The Customer, It Seems Always Engage All The Time, If Someone Pick Ups The Phone, They Do not Attend Properly Their Call And Disconnect The Phone Whose No. Is 011-25381124, 25381126
2. If We Book Any Refill Cylinder Any Time, They Don’t Book Any Refill Cylinder Within 23 Days And If After Books After 23 Days, They Says Wait For 6-7 Days For Delivery.
3. After Booking Refill Cylinder They Don’t Send Cylinder Within 6-7 Days, It May Takes A Time Of 10-12 Days While I Complain About Them They Didn’t Connected Me With Their Senior’s For Further Conversation And Disconnected The Call.
4. If We Go At Their Godown’s To Collect The Refill Cylinder By hand, They Charge Full Payment & Didn’t Deduct The Payment Of Cartage Charges Of 8 Rs. Per Refill Cylinder.
5. You May Think So If 200 Person’s Come For Taking Delivery Of New Refill Cylinder, What Is Their Income Of Black Per Day.
