Not delivered at right address

Dear Sir,

I had posted a very important document for my company by IMS Speed Post on 17th april, 09 for jam khambadia from jhansi. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location. My Tracking number is EU126354428IN .and tracking says that it has been delivered to khambalia, but i have booked it for jam khambadia district jamnagar (guj)

Really don't know waht to do next.

Please help if possible.
