PPF withdrawal

Hi Friends,

I worked in India in different organisations for about 14 years and during this period, i never discontinued my PPF account. When I left my last organisation in my friends suggested that if you don't need the money then it is better " not to withdraw the amount" as the interest rate on PPF is better than the other savings. I did the same as at that time I wanted to save the money.

Now since last 5 years, I am doing job abroad and my account is inactive.

Is it safe and advisable to keep the money in PPF account? If so then up to what period?

What about the pension?

How can I withdraw my money now?
