Non trace of the appliation

Sir, My pf account no is 42799/03 which i have submitted in the eseva counter (vijaya nagar coloney. Hyderabad) on 20 aug.which they say that they have submitted in efp hyderbad office on 23aug but when i enquired in the epf hyd office thay state that they have not recived my application till date ..can you pls look into the matte
