CHEQUE NOT RECEIVED

Respected Sir/madame

My PF account no. is KN/41800/58 and they have done neft on dated 19/06 or 23/06 against withdrawal request form submitted. But the same cheque has been returned to pf office by my saving account bank due to payee name mismatch and due to this discrepancy i have given all the supporting documents ensuring the return neft with bank statement to pf department. but still i have note received the chq again. mistake in correct spelling of my name which has to be printed over the cheque. But till date I haven't received the corrected cheque to my bank so I request you to do the needful for getting my withdrawal amount as early as possible. Thanks for your time and consideration. i have also filed two time governance to epf department in this matter. no is as follows Registration number ROBGL/E/03350, Registration Number ROBGL/E/09002.
