I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROTEK INVERTER 850VA ON 14TH APRIL. THE UNIT NOT WORKING ON 21-04, I HAVE COMPLAINED ON THE SAME DAY & GOT A COMPLAINT REGN. NO.1086. ONE SERVICE ENGINEER CAME TO MY RESIDENCE ON 23-04 & INFORMED ME THAT HE WILL COME WITH IN 2 DAYS
& WILL CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD. TILL DATE HE WILL NOT CHANGED THE MOTHER BOARD. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES, BUT HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED A MOTHER BOARD FROM THE COMPANY. VERY VERY WORST SERVICE. I HAVE COMPLAINED WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE. THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER MOBILE NO. TO CALL. WHEN I CALLED THAT MOBILE NO. SHE TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE SERVICE ENGINEER.
