I was employed with M/s Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. For the period 01.12.2003 to 30.04.2007 at their Kolkata office. I had submitted all the relevant papers for the withdrawal of my PF dues to the Kolkata office for processing. Since I was not getting the settlement I had enquired at their Mumbai office who confirmed that the papers had been submitted on 31.03.08 at your Kandivili office. I had written to PF Kandivili ofc in Jun-08 for a feedback as to the status. Everytime I have been given an assurance by the concerned in the company that the same will be credited to my a/c in 1 month. This way around seven months have elapsed but I have neither got my settlement money nor any communication from PF office as to whether there is any problem. No one picks up the phone when we call the Kandivili office. To get my rightful dues, I have been going through this harrassment for such a long time now.
