PFwithdrawal amount not received for 5 months

Hi,

My name is Suresh Manivannan having a PF account no MH/45187/10179 at Bandra EPFO through my previous employer Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd. I have submitted the PF withdrawal form on March 23.

After checking the website, status was updated as PF office has received my application on 15th May. But till date I have not received my PFamount. The website has an option of sending an update on the amount also. First time when I tried, it has sent an SMS to me much lesser to the actual amount. Subsequent attempts have failed as I have not received any more updates.

This clearly shows the negligence and improper system in place at EPFO. Do treat it as a serious copmpalin as many individuals like me might be following them clueless about their hard earned money.
