EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

Hello sir,

Sub: EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company MphasiS Software and Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office.

After some days i have recieved a letter dated 30/01 from EPF department Bandra, Mumbai, conveying that they have send the cheque to CITI bank mumbai, Raheja Classic, Oshiwara Link Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400058.

I enquired with the bank, they informed me that they haven't recieved the check.

It has passed 7 months, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

My PF number is: MH/BAN/43840/2692
