Non-Clearance of PF Amount

My EPF No is 24169/894 and the PF Form was submitted by my earlier firm M/s. Base Corporation Ltds., Bangalore in the EPFOon 18thSept.

Its been more than days and I have not recd the PF Amount. When contacted the EPF officials they informed that the cheque has been despatched to bank from pf office on 20.10. means its already credited to your account long back. But after checking in the Bank, it shows no credit of PF amount.

An continious follow up is made for more than months but I left with no progress.

I need to know whether the clearance have been made and if so where my money has gone?
