Egarding delay in claim payment

I amlendu kumar singh submitted ducoments to surrender my epfo-account [account no-DLCPM/00206590000003614]in the month of august.after four month on 21.12.20011 i got the massege that the claim was regected.i do not get any letter regaring the resion of regection till now.so please look into the matter.
