Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement has been Rejected

Hi,

I have submitted my PF withdrawl Form 19 & 10C it has been rejected.

I don't know why it has been rejected I have submitted every thing after HR authorisation.

I had waorked with NH Infomedia Ltd.(Noida) from Nov.2009 to Oct.2010.

I had sent PF withdrawl form to PROVIDENT FUND OFFICE, BHAVISHYA NIDHI BHAVAN, 28, WAZIRPUR INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI-110052

I had sent this form by courier to this office & I have received message your form is under process.

Now almost 2 months 10days over.

Today I have checked status online its showing:-

STATUS for Member ID: DLCPM00388540000000740

Claim ID: DLCPM110300010720

Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (DLCPM00388540000000740) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.

Claim ID: DLCPM110300010723

Status: CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO DLCPM00388540000000740 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 10.03.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.

Please help me what should I do.

I am in Pune now.
